Celcom has announced too. But weird is machine and switch only said iPhone 12 and 12 pro. They didn’t talk about mini and pro max
*

First time in history Apple Malaysia is opening pre-orders tongue.gif and its also first time in history that Malaysia is placed as one of the First Wave countries for iPhone release. Maybe not for the 12 and 12 pro. But at least first wave for Pro Max and Mini biggrin.gif

It's the first time Apple Malaysia offers iPhone pre-orders right? How's the shopping experience there? I'm planning to get the 12 Pro Max with Apple Watch S6.
*
Bought the 20W power brick from Apple Malaysia. Packaging was good. Shipping was slightly slow mainly due to UPS being their courier. Apple Malaysia itself shipped the goods the day after I placed my order.

I'm waiting for Celcom..apparently they say I can pre order online using debit card...not sure how it work but will see.  cool2.gif

Maxis got any plan already?
*
Maxis always the slowest. So don't expect them to release their plans until other telcos do so tongue.gif

I stopped buying Ugreen for anything more than their cables after their 18W charger literally exploded on first day of use.

I guess it is due to bad QC on their part.
*
What? Exploded? shocking.gif I been using it for 1 year. Seems good.

I guess i'll go for Sengheng. Saw colleague mentioned that their EZ Credit can used to discount other electrical appliance (include smartphone). Probably head down to one of the shop and see if i can pre-order early than that time. Rm300 deposit right? Why still no iPhone 12 pro max review hmm...
*
No Pro Max review because the phone has not been released worldwide cool2.gif

Those that bought / planning to buy those higher Watt charging bricks i.e. higher than 20W, the one sold officially by Apple, is it sure that if u buy anything higher, you will be able to get the maximum Watt supported by the phone? Because i saw some youtube reviewers where they tested using a Macbook charging brick but the phone ended up with only 10-12W.

Just a quick question on buying iphone thru telco offer.

This means i will buy the “Telco Sim Lock” model right? I mean, i can only use that particular telco on the iphonE i bought?

And let say if i finish contract for 2 years, then i am free to change to another telco of my choosing right?

All iPhones sold in Malaysia are unlocked sets

I’m anticipating their server to crash a few times on 6th Nov @ 9pm, hahaha
*
Not sure how they handle their pre-orders for the past few iPhone releases. The release i attempted to buy from Maxis was during the 7+ release where they had a online queue system tongue.gif It didn't crash, just that the 'Jet Black' colour flew off like hotcakes

Only on 18th month you can exchange provided your current phone is in good condition.
Just wanna know if 6GB RAM will be suffice? laugh.gif I'm now using a 12GB RAM phone. laugh.gif
*
Well iOS optimization for Apps is great. Seen reviews where iPhone with 3GB RAM can beat Androids with higher RAM. So i guess should be no issue tongue.gif

*Just my opinion based on Youtube reviews*

I wonder what do they earn? The stocks are most probably from SG.

Malaysia already has the one of the lowest RRP among all countries, and yet they are selling below Malaysia RRP blink.gif

not worth to upgrade my ip11 to ip12
i will wait for next year release
coz ip12 seem have lot of software n hardware issues  rclxm9.gif  flex.gif

Yeap for those currently owning the 11 series, not really worth it for the upgrade. Might as well wait for another year. Most of us here are upgrading because we are upgrading from the 6 / 7 series hahah

Hair. The Malaysia ‘fastest’ network haven’t release their plan yet.  yawn.gif

Malaysia 'fastest' network probably only releasing during the Pre-Order time at 9pm Friday. I saw someone here posted before where they queries maxis.
