Was that for preorder or ready stock?I know the official Apple store on Lazada is very efficient.

DiGi is still the cheapest among Celcom and Maxis but if your residential area/workplace have no issues on the coverage then go for it.

QUOTE(attw @ Nov 4 2020, 09:35 AM) Ya, almost all reviews unanimously agree on that point True, that's why Celcom is still the best for me because the coverage is good in my residential area and workplace.Ya, you'll have to pick the telco that has the best coverage where you live, work and play, and then choose a plan that fits your usage and budget. The price of the phones offered by telco should be the last consideration. |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Nov 4 2020, 04:21 PM) The telcos are selective with some customers.I remember during the great exodus of 2016 where a lot of Maxis customers left and joined DiGi and Celcom, some Maxis loyalists had rebates and stuff. |

QUOTE(vez @ Nov 4 2020, 07:10 PM) wait for more reviews I'm in KL..any people stay KL/Selangor/Klang? besides attw my area in Penang will be starting CMCO on 6th-19th Nov, the only mall in CMCO area is Queensbay Mall... i wonder whether mall still open, even is open, whether Switch is open otherwise i might as well pre-order from Apple Store Online and get it deliver to door step After seeing the reviews of game time between both 12 and 12 Pro, as the owner of 12, no regrets because the main function of the phone isn't to game lol. |

QUOTE(attw @ Nov 5 2020, 07:55 AM) Actually there is no international warranty for iPhones, Apple explicitly stated in their websites that they may limit warranty to the country where the phone was sold. All warranty claims are treated on a case to case basis but more often than not, their Customer Service will honour warranty claims for phones within the same region with minimal fuss. But I'm sure SG sets can claim warranty here..QUOTE(chiahau @ Nov 5 2020, 08:45 AM) I think for this generation, pretty much skippable if you are coming from 11 or so. I'm coming from a XS to 12 so that's quite an upgrade. But if you are from 8 and below, it's still a worthy upgrade. I am coming from a X and I would think X to 12 Pro would be an upgrade for me, camera wise at least. There's nothing much to be excepted from new phone nowadays anyways except for optimization or better battery life. Apple is not known for slapping huge batteries in their phone anyways, from back then till now In the end, buyers should just pick whatever phone that suits their usage. |

QUOTE(chiahau @ Nov 5 2020, 10:33 AM) And then you get a dead battery faster. Wait, so we can't charge with car charger?Cheaper to get a normal android phone and let it die instead Pro max 128gb is enough if you have iCloud. I don't think I will ever use past 128gb even if I am a heavy photo / video user. If you have the extra, obviously more is better. Choice is yours, money is yours too. Knowing Celcom, outta the 100, at least 10~20% will have issues |
