just chatted with apple support team regarding pre order delivery. they said on 13th november only will start delivery. then on 13th november those iphone 12 wont be available on stores this is what they said. because starting 13th november only they will ship to malaysia. ( i also confuse on this part and they repeat same thing )

then i chat with SWITCH support team. they say different story. when you do pre order through their website there is an option either self pickup or delivery. if self pickup we can do that on 13th nov. if delivery after 13th only can get.

NOW I CONFUSE WHAT'S THE POINT OF PRE ORDER!

so order with AAR is better than direct from apple website in order to get phone earlier?
