QUOTE(talzer @ Oct 6 2020, 11:57 PM) Residential title = residential rate utilities (TNB and water) Commercial under HDA also the same residential rate utilities. so can share what are the differences between both title? both are meant for residential area.. not for commercial purpose.. the only thing is commercial under HDA are built on commercial title land.. so its become like this.. Once JMB/JMC form up, if they are vote to against airbnb/short term stay, that's under the management power as well.. just only different is assessment fee for commericla HDA schedule will be slightly higher..

QUOTE(X10A Freedom @ Mar 3 2023, 09:27 PM) assessment fee that you mentioned....it's the quick rent etc? One thing I can't wrap my head around for the current condo my wife owns....the management keep insisting cannot change the water tariff from commercial to residential. Is it bcoz it's not under HDA? Would you know how do we check if a property is under HDA or not? And any where to find the process of applying the conversion of water tariff from commercial to residential? SnP should have include schedule H.. check that.. is your wife condo called as serviced apartment? if yes, i guess can convert to resident tariffs.. but SoHo those type i think cannot..
