Estee Lauder Website is a total BS. It is so hard to reach their customer service especially their hotline. I called from day and night trying to reach them but nobody picked up.

It has been a week since i ordered and nobody actually updated me the status of the shipment. The email reply was only reassurance. ‘ Thank you for sending us a message. Please be informed that we had forwarded your concern to designated department for further check and assist. However, we haven't received any update from management. Rest assured that we will keep you posted for any available information we will receive. Thank you.’

These are the replies i got after chasing them to ship the items asap for my mom’s birthday. Better order from sephora or other websites. Totally a disappointment!

I also face the same issue. Then my friend suggest me the website cosmetize.com where i can get good deals on Estee Lauder products. They sell all the fragrance products and their customer service is also best.
