MeJV another company specialised in room renting business in melaka. We are currently looking for investors to expand the business. For your information, what we do is;
1. Research on locations which will yield good rental income, especially near jonker,
2. Renovate to airbnb lvl to maximise the number of airbnb  on the site with our own professional renovation team
3. Manage and maintain the site I.e hunting for tenants, cleaning and etc with our own professional property management team

What you investor need to do is basically listen to our proposal and decide if you want to invest in this growing business.  RoI is expected within 3-4 years of room rental and with a rental contract of 5 years from the site owner, passive income based on profit
I require 3 investor, which willing to invest, RM40k each into 3 airbnbs in mlk

These money will be invested into,

1) upgrade into 5star rating for airbnb or homestay or turn into offices, to maximise returns
2) electrical, furniture
3) miscellenous, authorities
