Hi. I'm opening my SSM for my online business. Then when I put my trade name. They need at least 2 words. You cannot put single name only. Like Sony,iphone,toshiba. Must put toshiba enterprise,Sony recourses.

My business selling hat for now. In the future maybe some appareal/street wear. I got some suggestions after googling around

Which one more suitable for my business for long term? Because after confirm. Cannot change the name. You must close the business and open new one if you want to change.

Are you using ezbiz to register? I cant seem to get pass the business code input. Cant input.

Collection if youre planning towards all same category.

I used to have a business name that ends with 'trading', might be useful for your case. clothing can use 'apparel'. And 'media' for online related stuff.

Apparel if I make my own t-shirt maybe okay. I'm only buying others brand only. Like bape/supreme/rip n dip etc etc. Only reselling it.

Cant I have input the business code as online seller, but payment page says, For online seller please add aditional related business code, which I cant seem to add since I am not able to search any business code even when I insert the correct code in search bar. Sad me.

After SSM settled, do you need current account for your biz? Didn't know nowadays bank damn strict on opening a new company current account. 1st submit application, then they need verify with SSM. Once verified only they will start asking a lot of questions before they let you open the account. (Public Bank) Please share the experience on other banks if any!

You can change name using form 13, so don’t worry

Most banks need referral from current account holder, this is the case last time. Now nt sure

If you sell fashion definitely use FSHION or TRENDS or WEAR.

I don't mean introducer/referrals. Last time it's immediate, can go there with referrals or pre-signed form by referrals and can get your account done.

If got maybank current account dont need referal.

Got ssm also okay kan? Company/business is ssm. Same with shopee. Government said online seller must have ssm. No need current acc.

Then at your own majlis Bandar u can put Restoran McDonald's.

At some corner u will need to put dimiliki oleh Abc enterprise

Hey I just register mine few moments ago and paid online. For business code part, u need to enter the "keyword" not the business code. e.g. if doing retail in fashion, (find the code here and the related description here - http://lampiran1.hasil.gov.my/pdf/pdfam/Ne...MSIC2008_2.pdf) type in "clothing" at the keyword box. And you will get your result and find the code and description closest to your business, tick the box to add to business code part. I have 2 business code, 1 which is default for online seller and another 1 is the closest to what I sell.

Guys, I think I will put collection. My English no So good. So collection or collections? If I'm writing on /k I just hantam. But this one for business register.

Google abit, "uniqlo winter collection" " supreme winter collection" why no s? They selling many items right? Because they selling their brand name? Which is consider as one? That why no s?

Mine will selling many brand/type. So need s? Collections?

Can someone enlighten me with this plural singular s thingy?

I'm about to complete the bussnies registration. And yes must add one more business code. The things is

"Retail sale via stalls and markets"

Both of this I can't fill it. Because I don't have physical store/stall/markets

So since I don't have it. I should pick under "Retail sale not in stores, stalls or markets" right?

TS i would select 999 instead of 911. From my understanding, mail order is how people buy before internet exist. Companies send catalogue, the customer pay with checks or money order. No online banking back then.

I can't remember how i registered mine. Anyway i can suggest add 'Ventures' at the back. It's one of name that the ssm officer suggested to me as i was registering selling varieties not just clothing.

I registered with maybank during mco. Doesn't need referral. I have personal current acc with maybank, but i believe anyone can have biz acc without referral even for new maybank customer.
I registered online, and on the same day i went to branch and the officer said can't proceed as bank needs up to 3 days for the application to appear on their system, something like that. You need to bring home some stack of forms though. Ask the officer which details that compulsory to be filled. And after 3 days you come back to branch bring that filled form, SSM documents (i brought all 3), company stamp the round one, mykad.

After finished registering with officer, then need to register mybnk2u online account for the biz. Do it at the bank, so they know phone number registered for tac works. Deposit RM1k into that account within 1 week. And you're done.

Thank God. I just registered. I only choose 999. Now got another problem. I just registered collection. Suddenly got 2. Solutions and collection. Wtf? Normal? But in process only one. Which is collection

aku nasihatkan kau pilih nama yang senang nak ingat.
tak lebih 5 huruf. sebab kalau barang kau meletop atau
kau sendiri meletup . nama yang kau pilih tu upgardr jadi brand.
Bila dah jadi brand. ko tepek brand ko tu kat barang china / vietnam
akan jadi pricetag sendiri..

minima kau simpan 2 tahun. jangan ada hutang. jangan ada blacklist dengan kerajaan. saman2 semua x mau. pastu kau try jual balik + siap current acc company harga kau boleh demand Rm 1000
