It must be at least :
1) A freehold service apartment completed after year 2020 located in major city center (Prime area like Bangsar area, Sentral, Subang Jaya City Center, Pedaling Jaya etc.) and must be at least 800sqf above (at least 2 bedroom)
2) If 2nd hand landed in prime area must be knocked down and fully renovated
3) Outskirt landed like outside Puchong city center or shah alam/klang area or north like denai alam etc. must not be older than 2015 project semi-D
Base on my research... the property price (without considering bumi discount) would be about market price or net SPA price or cost needed of at least RM750k
Do you think the above requirement is reasonable and how many of you can meet their requirements ...
