you yourself mentioned your programming skill sucks, for someone with IT background, why NOT take up programming roles? go for programming job interviews as a junior, 3k salary is still salary. programming jobs will give you decent salary in under 5 years if you are above average performer.
.NET/C# seems to be hot at the moment. i'm personally a c# developer. i've been getting job offers EVERY single day on linkedin.
unless you wanna remain in networking and already have plans for CCNA
you can consider jobify anyway.

Salary : RM 4,500 – RM 7,000
Responsibility :
1. Handling system malfunction of hardware and software
- Reinstallation of windows/linux/macos and other systems
- Problems in the operation of application software
- Troubleshooting and replacement to malfunction of hardware equipment
2. Network system
- Experience in independently building a complete environment for LAN environment
- Proficient in operating router/gateway/switch and other network equipment of Cisco, Huawei or other brands
- Proficient in VPN/NAT/ROUTE/VLAN and other configurations, positioning and solving daily various network problems in the office rapidly
3. Provide service management and maintenance based on windows or linux, such as apache, nginx, mysql and other application services, firewall and other network services
4. Experience in VMware horizon view management and maintenance
5. Automated script writing experience such as python, Perl, shell, bat, etc
6. Management and use of relational databases such as mysql
7. Know to connect and use printers, projectors and other equipment
Requirement :
1. At least 3 years working experience in system maintenance and operation.
