Hahaha, now I can only playing online game with my friends by using unifi mobile 4G, this digi fibre is a joke! Worse than mobile data.

Gosh, just made an online application but no appointment yet. I'd better stick with the Digi i150 & Huawei modem.

even they know..... enterprise usually can't fix the issue immediately . need to study sizing , quotation, trnder meeting, eval, PO etc. since this is their first year, better jump ship for cust who wants peace of mind sweat.gif

digi has reputation of quietly throttling and playing game with their network and not admitting it.
Their will instruct their cs reps to play dumb even when confronted with with objective proof.

This is not their first time doing this. They have done this with i150 plan before.

i150 is absolutely better than a heavy throttled Digi Fibre, I'm also using i150 before install this Digi Fibre.

No surprise they throttle i150 plan because it is mobile network, but did the same thing to hard wire network is too over for me.

I think you missed my point.

The throttling is inevitable, but what im stressing here is they did that without any notice or memo.

It just happened out of nowhere, and they were denying any undocumented network shaping despite proves left and right.

Its exactly the same thing happening here.

They said no ports at my area, so that's it. I can get constant 30mbps all day in suburban Seremban. How's your speed?

Shit.. So many cons about Digi. I've applied the Digi 50mbps last 2 weeks and they feedback no more port. I think I shall cancel the application and go to Unifi? Or Celcom?

The only good news so far, there is no speed throttling at all tonight.

Hopefully this is the beginning and it will continue to stay this way for a long long time…

From my experience, TM will reject new port application from Digi with the excuse of port unavailable.
Only way to get Digi is applying for Unifi subscription first and pay for 2 years contract tenure, after contract expires transfer the existing port to Digi.
I just signed up with Unifi just to get a port after Digi fibre rejected my application due to no port excuse from TM. The Unifi FDP nearest to my address has only used 5 ports, so no port excuse is just to keep other ISP out from new subscriber. Now my home fibre drop cable came from this FDP.

Applied Digi Fibre 90 @ 50mbps via 3rd party agent online, which say offers a 1.5 months bill rebate upon receiving my next bill... Hope they will honour their promise, if no, nth for me to lose.
Waiting for installation this week, hope no issues
