 vista annoying little problem

i hope someone can help.there's these 2 folders that i've deleted several times on my desktop,the problem is after sometime they keep coming back.weird eh?everytime i moved them into recycle bin i immediately emptied it yet after somtime those folders reappear on my desktop.anone care to explain abt this unique vista feature?

some program mayb auto generate those folder....

software installation program.i copied from installation cd to the desktop before i execute the installation.actually when the reappear it only brings the empty folder.no files in there

its adobe photoshop cs3.i dont think it gives trouble to others,does it?

I'll give you the same advice that I've give before to others who use vista.
upgrade to win7/8.1 or downgrade to win Xp.

CS3 sometime not compatible with vista. Depends on the edition.

So look for other method of installation.
