If you contact cleaning services - and tell them post renovation cleaning, they will be able to quote you. Rate is not same with normal house cleaning.

If you have lots of rubbish to dispose need to get a contractor. Cleaning service normally don't dispose for you.

contractor had dumped all rubbish to their big rubbish bin.
house is not that dirty..
my main con did clean the house with acid before leaving.
they even clean my toilet as well.

just some small dust here and there.

If let's say there is no construction/renovation waste left in your house and no need to touch up, then just get a normal cleaner to clean up for you. Why need to hire a specialist contractor to do the job unless you have specific requirement biggrin.gif

Specialist contractor also employ normal Indons. The only different is he uses 'chemicals' to have the job done quick and 'clean' ...just be careful on that.

It is impossible to make a high-quality cleaning without removing all the garbage that interferes with the process. To collect everything, you first need to arm yourself with thick gloves, preferably rubber, and strong bags
