House cleaning after renovation, what's the cost

finally finished my renovation with main con.
thinking of employ those cleaner to clean my house renovation. do i need to look for specialist? or just normal house cleaning maid will do?
usually how much it cost for a double storey 21x70 house?
can anyone recommend cleaner in cheras area?

If you contact cleaning services - and tell them post renovation cleaning, they will be able to quote you. Rate is not same with normal house cleaning.

If you have lots of rubbish to dispose need to get a contractor. Cleaning service normally don't dispose for you.

If let's say there is no construction/renovation waste left in your house and no need to touch up, then just get a normal cleaner to clean up for you. Why need to hire a specialist contractor to do the job unless you have specific requirement

Specialist contractor also employ normal Indons. The only different is he uses 'chemicals' to have the job done quick and 'clean' ...just be careful on that.

As I get older.. kinda hard to clean up... So like I said... Normal cleaner should be okay... The main rubbish already clean up by contractor...
