Windwail Highland and Bishui Plains was bugged previous patch. It was impossible to 100% both of the area because some chests in the areas was being tracked wrongly. I think they just lowered the requirement for 100% in both areas to fix this.

Never really encountered this problem before but I seen the DL being slow for other regions. Maybe you can try resetting your router and change IP address

For physical DPS Xiangling, no 4* comes close to Crescent Pike.

Crescent Pike's passive is not 20% ATK dmg, its an additional attack with 20% of your total ATK.

This means its 20% of your total Atk * skill modifier * crit.

It gives closer to 40% dmg boost because of this.

I understood it as what you wrote though lol. But I think I read it preleaked on the forum. It was explained much clearer.

Confusing translation goes to Crescent Pike and C6 Fischl. The term "additional attack" is a bigger deal than the translation make it.

I managed a 4095 with Ganyu. Selected everything except 50% Cryo resist

probably at my limit here unless I eat food. The 50% res is too much

Diluc should be key in this for max points since he is the only one with bonus that isn't cryo or physical

Elemental mobs will always have their elemental applied to them. So mobs like slimes and hypostatis boss will always have their element on them. So if you want to trigger vaporize or melt on an Anemo Hypostatis, its impossible. They are also immune to their own element.

As for shields, if the shield is up it will always apply the element on them. Do note there are 2 kinds of shields, Fatui shields and Abyss mage shields work differently. Fatui shields absorbs some of the incoming damage whereas Abyss mage completely blocks any damage. The shields will take damage depending on the element inflicted on the shield. Same type element will not damage the shield at all

So throwing cryo on a Cryo Fatui will damage him a little bit but on a Cryo Abyss Mage, it blocks the damage completely. Their shields will also be totally unharmed.

As for your example, if the shield is down then yes you can vaporize him with hydro/pyro. If not you are just freezing/melting him. Do note without their shields, they are not immune just that they have a high resist to their own element, unlike elemental mobs which are totally immune.
