1. Depends on developer ... some allow and others dont. Actually is illegal to do a transfer and bypass the 1st purchaser.The problem is the current owner has NOT converted from master to strata title.

2. Once a strata title is ready for perfection, you cant do DOA as there is no more master title. Is either a direct or double transfer.
