Hi, how come my data cannot move when signal level is 4G+?
no problem when signal at 4G?
My phone is Samsung note 9, Android Already add Maxis4G APN after call maxis center but still unusable.

my problem is my signal status show 4G+ on my phone but I cannot access to internet (even the hotlink apps)
when signal status show 4G, then no problem to access the internet and all apps
weird

Hi @hotlink my problem appear again. when my phone signal show 4G+, I am unable to access to internet
previous few weeks do not have problem
