Hi, how come my data cannot move when signal level is 4G+?

no problem when signal at 4G?

My phone is Samsung note 9, Android
Already add Maxis4G APN after call maxis center but still unusable.

my maxis got the same problem, written 4g+ but data wont load.
my umobile is much more honest, if data is weak it will show H+

Maxis user here been getting 4G+(depends on place sometimes) ever since I changed from note 5 to Huawei P30 pro..been a year already

For IOS14, have you tried:

1. Go to settings, select cellular.
2. Go to cellular data options.
3. Tap on voice & data and enable LTE.

No option for cellular. Closest is mobile data and when i click on voice & data, only 4G, 3G, 2G.
I am using Maxis postpaid, should have it?

Do you see LTE?

It also depends on the carrier and telco I think, so when your are connected to a 4G+ network your iPhone shows LTE.

And according from Iphone manual,👇

"Enable or disable 4G/LTE: (availability varies by carrier and region) Using 4G or LTE loads internet data faster in some cases but may decrease battery performance. There may be options for turning off 4G/LTE or for selecting Voice & Data (VoLTE) or Data Only."

my problem is my signal status show 4G+ on my phone but I cannot access to internet (even the hotlink apps)

when signal status show 4G, then no problem to access the internet and all apps

weird

Found this old thread. Never know that this issue happening since last year.

My Maxis line having same issue since early this year, and until now the same problem still exist. Whenever connected to 4G+, most of the time can't load data at all. Already made complain few times but never get resolved.

Previously I always switched to 3G then only can use the Internet. Now 3G going to shutdown soon, so... no choice but I have to port out very soon since my contract already ended this month. Very disappointed with Maxis now.
