Hi all,

Recently going for 提亲 then after that 过大礼.
Normally what should we bring (bridegrom’s side) for bride’s family?

提亲 I just bring my mum along. Then ask if your in laws have any request on dowry amount or how many tables and how many boxes of wedding biscuits etc.

过大礼 you refer picture la.

I go the easy way buy those hamper set that have everything included from wedding shop.

过大礼 is chinese tradition. if you got do morning tea ceremony etc usually will still practice 过大礼. But all this up to you and parent/ in law.
