last weekend i just got a saman at police roadblock because i was looking at my phone while driving, so the police issued me a saman, but it doens't state the amount, then at the bottom there is a remark, 'Kesalahan ini boleh/tidak boleh dikompaun', 'This offense is compoundable/not compoundable'

and i need to attend court at PJ on 30 Nov, is there anyway to settle this without going to court? and what's the fine amount?

usually how much is the fine? if court is minimum 1k?

what's the process for that? and how much for the fine?

when i ask the police that give me saman whether this saman can be pay or not he say can, then when i get the saman the paper there write non-compoundable :x

so even if i bring the saman and pay in police station also cannot la? compulsory must attend court?

they are not the same counter? but as usual with all gov department, everything slow

my fine is 250 after attending court, depends on the judge
