What happen if during court date, the court is closed due to MCO. I was told to get a new date at police station but I yet to do so..

Hi guys. Unfortunately, got stopped by the police for using hp. He mentioned about the non-compoundable summon and need to attend court, took picture of the car, ic and license. However, he didnt issue any paper/saman, said all online now. May i know where to check? It didnt appear in MYEG. Or will only take some time to appear?

Go to court on that day usually got a few like u.

And they will ask us mengaku atau tak. I kena too.

They ask our salary and if wnt appeal.

I make 10k above. But only declare 5k. Then ask for appeal.

Judge usually give every1 same rate.

I kena 300 that day. Pay and wait .. then leave. They hold ur ic till end.

Hi all, I got the same saman and the court keeps delaying the hearing date due to PPN.

I cannot renew my roadtax now because it is blacklisted. Although we are allowed to drive with expired roadtax until 31st Dec, but what if the court delays the date again and to year 2022?

I cannot drive my car anymore right? with an expired roadtax.

Really need help on this. Not that I don't want to pay the saman, not that I don't want to go to the court, not that I don't want to renew my roadtax. I feel so helpless.

Do you have any letter or printout to prove that the court date is delayed? Carry the letter in your car and show it if stopped in a roadblock. It may (hopefully) get you off.

No I don't have, I always call the Mahkamah Majistret to confirm for the date. Every time they will say postpone to a month later, this time is postponed to November, the 4th postpone.

actually those who caught by police for using phone when driving, didnt request for "tolong"? So good citizen want take up the saman?

i kena once, wana settle with RM20, they look down at my RM20, then RM50, they said naik sikit, finally settled in RM70.... damn, nowadays the tolong fee is so expensive... i drive myvi je...

check at mybayarsaman, have to register and log in .

i just kena 1 pc today ... it said non-compoundable

can check online mybayarsaman, the details is in the system now , but no amount can be pay . i guess must attend court Majistret PJ... aduh...
