Samsung is a korean brand. Just don’t buy their low end model. High end model probably better. But I actually don’t know about the high end model part, just assuming.

Low budget fridge? Buy a Midea and never look elsewhere. Parts for it are dirt cheap, after sales service is very good by Malaysia standards and the only thing you do not get is a silent operating motor after it is a few months old.

Japanese ones? Low end ones are disposable rubbish, same goes for Korean ones that these days are all made in Thailand.

I myself wouldn’t buy samsung. If I have money I would buy Bosch. Right now I just stick with Hitachi.

Which fridge u guys suggest ya to buy below 1.5k? i can go up max 1.6k

So far interested on
1. SHARP SJ-366M-SS : RM1.5K (Can't find energy info)
2. LG GN-C372SXCC : RM1.7K (321 kWH)

I would prefer Japanese brands (Panasonic, Hitachi) for fridge rather than European brands (Electrolux, Beko).

Isn't Harvey Norman is more expensive? I bought my Panasonic fridge at TBM at RM1350 (including coupon 100 and delivery charges). Model is NR-BL348PSMY

sometimes u may try to nego with them one. who knows ( i bought one slightly cheaper than the market - can see the sales guy let me press kaw kaw)
