Hi. My monitor currently would not start. My home lost electric power one day and when the power came back again, the monitor stopped working. During the power outage, the monitor was connected to the power supply and was switched on.

1. Model: DELL 2312HM
2. Problem: It would not turn on after a electrical power outage.
3. Never repaired before
4. Don't think video/picture is required, the monitor cannot be turned on. No lights nothing. Tried changing power cable and even power outlet, still doesn't work.

Just want to share that I've sent my monitor to @krpto88 for repairs and within a very short period, he managed to fix it! He is prompt to reply and easy to work with. Now, I have a working monitor back again in my house and very thankful for it. I highly recommend his repair service!
