Hi, I’d like to seeking advice from property expertise here.
I’ve purchased my first home in condominium that going to be completed in coming 2023 with bank loan of course. However, due to certain reason, can I sell off my condo after 3 years of stayed? Without finish paying the bank loan. Am I allowed to do so?

Why only after 3 years ? .... it can be sold anytime after vp .... some loan may have lock-in period interest penalty but that shouldnt be a problem if you agree to pay off.

Nowadays, especially condos, price seldom appreciate during vp and even it does, is only minimal. Those who sold will normally incurred net loss after minus cost, interest and expenses.

sure you can sell your property. is depend whether the selling price enough to cover your housing loan outstanding balance or not.
