I'm on surfshark and prime video detect i'm on vpn whether i log in thru browser or app. Have to disable the vpn in order to stream.

Make a mistake, already sign up for ExpressVPN which been reviewed by alot of sites mentioning the best vpn to bypass these Amazon USA or UK. In the end, keep getting block by Amazon. Not sure what happening, and anyone using ExpressVPN and successfully stream USA or UK sites mind to share how your setting is.

Try close prime video app, close vpn, clear cache especially prime video app..

Then connect vpn and open prime again. Can watch or not ?

I did like this for surfshark vpn. At first got block too and library not detect region. After did above, work flawlessly.

I use india account and vpn all the way to usa for content. I think cannot change region.. you have to register new account for new region.

Say for the USA account, how you make the payment? With gift card? Or Malaysia CC is acceptable? Will they detect the billing address is out of US and block it later on?

Im not sure about USA account. but for india, i pay using gift card. Billing address have to study a bit and faking it for the country such as zip code, state, or generate random phone number from google.
