Need some response/guidance/help. Using this phone since jan this year though

1: Previously, the red dot notification on voicemail tab didn’t appeared. But after i delete esim profile. Its show even until now. Whenever the phone is switched on, will shows notification for voicemail. Can refer to attachment. Already reformat to factory setting, reset network setting etc but still same. Not really affecting voice/sms services but kinda annoying tbh. I dont have any voicemail.

2. After updated the ios to 13.6.1 if i charged the phone or using any sort of casing, alarm is like not playing any sounds. The alarm is active but just no sounds if the phone is charging or using any case. It never happens before this. Really weird. Late for work 6 times already because of this 😂😂😂 shall i try update to ios 14 or wait 1st.

I'm also having the voicemail problem after changing new sim card. Someone told me to take off the sim card, put it into another non-iPhone and leave a voicemail. After that delete the voicemail and insert back sim card to iPhone. But I don't have other phone to do that currently.
