1st deck would be my RB aggro control hibrid that jerry (7chai) palyed agaisnt today...
how was it?
the mana base really shaky till i need to throw in relic for fixing and most of the control cards are sideboard...
so far testing ok but not much confidence in it as its too random...
the nether traitor + nantaku husk combo was hard to pull out and the BBB for gravepact really hurts...
maybe i should add in the goblin who grow whenever a goblin goes to the grave...
any advise on the deck?

2nd deck would be a more competitive deck...
teachings deck with pickles lock (that's y i bought the udnergorund river and teferi from mark plus other cards from paco)...
would be making it counter heavy...

my last testing i lost to this card (i'm stuck on 2 mana for 4 turns zzz) and i couldnt recover fast enough...
it can take care of any permanent and its kinda good...

Keep seeing this... Sulfur Elemental is not a good anti white-weenie card    It wasn't a good anti white-weenie card during Time Spiral Block Constructed, and it still won't be 

Last week, there were a few kithkin+anthem decks, and they beat all the sulfur elemental decks. Cos 1 Sulfur is hopeless. and 2 Sulfur is hopeless, when 1 Anthem is in play...

Some more got first strike, lifelink kithkin. With sulfur elemental, these first strike, lifelink kithkin become even better!

What's good is Damnation, Wrath of God, Teferi's Moat, etc. against these kithkin + anthem decks.

What you did was correct. Rules are rules. To play in a GPT level or higher demands higher rules enforcement. In all level of enforcement, illegal main deck (legal decklist) the penalty is game loss.

This is where using 40 sleeves for limited events comes in. With the sleeves, you can keep track of the number of cards in your maindeck.
