Went up to my attic to check on a leaking issue once. 3 minutes in I’m sweating like mad already. As in basah like after shower like that. And that’s like 7pm. Cannot imagine afternoon.

Not suitable in Malaysia thou cause too hot definitely not worth it if u think to renovate it into a room.

This will reduce the heat but not much. The cement roof tile accumulate heat and radiate heat.

You can put insulator. Fridge just use polystyrene but you don't do that for house insulation. Not fire safe

No I did not. It is designed in such a way that will not leak water even during heavy rain. I believe it has been tested. It even has wind strength rating.

Can also. You can have double glass window with tint and good insulator. Just prepare for electricity bill only.
