PS3 for sure! It's a well balanced high performance tire for dry and wet with still good comfort. The only downside is it can have a bit more chipping if driven hard but still no big issues.The prices are almost same, 220+-

XM2+ is lower category below PS3, more just for comfort and durability. Price is close to PS3 so not worth it.
V701 is not as good in the wet and often easier to make squealing noises when cornering.
