Hi fren, both r good, i would say.

But I recommend:

Zalman ZM600-HP 600W with heatpipe for effective cooling => RM585

Cooler Master Real Power 550W => RM340

GIGABYTE ODIN Pro 800W PSU (GE-M800A-D1) -->RM570

I think the above PSU r worth buying.

The Raidmax Katana looks good to me. But is the side panel with a transparent window or is it a plain panel with space for one fan? Cause google images gives different pictures.
