My taobao parcel shipping to malaysia isnt updating at all.As of September 9th it had reached customs and cleared customs. It shows that it is going to be delivered to me soon. It has not been delivered for 11 days already. It is something that i really want and I contacted cainiao customer service and say maybe the parcel is lost and submitted a refund request for me. I don’t really want the refund instead i want the parcel because it had sold out. What should I do? I ask the customer service they say it is under best express to deliver i went to their subs to check then to their hq both also say they didn’t receive this parcel at all. I checked my parcel at parcel monitor but my parcel couldn’t be found anywhere in the world like it had been lost or something.
