ah...... the infamous xiaomi midrange gps issue.
xiaomi likes to use B-grade and C-grade SoCs in their midrange and lowrange phones. A grade means the chip is perfect, no faults. B and C grade means, the chip got no issues, but some things are not optimal, like taking longer to get GPS lock, clockspeed is lower, etc.
first poco was good because variants between phones are very small, so Poco use all or more A grade chips than other phone model. most likely the decision was due to trying to introduce the Poco submodel.
now Poco got brand awareness, can cincai edi.
