He doesn't have the courtesy to ask TS for the usage of his image / visuals - that's a clear copyright violation. Now he's claiming that TS never bothered to email him to resolve this.

Dude, you didn't even have the courtesy to ask his permission for his work, and you expect people to have the courtesy to tell you that you have stolen his / her work? Clown.
