i wonder why we always have 2nd season syndrome where managers not performing like 1st season. conte, mou(3rd year), ancellotti and even lamps (maybe still too early to judge)

seems like from brilliant manager to low tier manager like. they seems to be stubborn with their approach and favoritism even it is not working

I blame lampard for mason poor form and criticism. He keep play him out of position before and another 90 minutes today. He so poor and you can feel he will miss that penalty.

Lampard will losing his position if he always feel he dont have pre season, when he actually pick players based on favoritism and keep put players at the wrong position.

Even arteta got his own ideas, got vision and clear with his lineup and tactic. They choose to play with back three and stick with that but lampard? Clueless with vision and tactic. He dont know his best CB yet.

yeah ancelotti 2nd season not a flop, but we can see that he's die2 trying to integrate his diamond formation instead of 4-3-3 that works like charm on his 1st season. that's the season where we score for fun (malouda-anelka-drogba combo)

CHO get that chances to play and he bottled it! Overhype until get 180k perweek. Haih. We badly need ziyech and pulisic. Both of them will unlock werner and havertz and save us from poor defending and costly mistakes.

First of all i believe u get me wrong, i am not defending MOUNT of anything, is simple, to me, whoever perform start. If MOUNT is not good he dont start, but that not up to me, i am not LAMPARD, i dont get to see what he do on training, he is not my fav player or "anak emas" ppl call it.

The thing i disagree is, oh we have a winger CHO, why dont start him if we dont have anyone natural in that position. At the time what i see CHO is lazy/bad (after all the appearance/cameo he have for us) so i would prefer MOUNT or even RLC to start ahead of him. It could even be tactically if LAMPARD does not want to play with a natural winger. Same again, if u not good u dont start.

After a good performance by CHO the other game, he start again this match, that is fine with me and i think he deserve it. This match to me, he is average, but is fine as long as not lazy/bad level.
