When you list it out like that, conte's actually. Because we didn't even try to go for the victory. That's what really got on my nerves.

Result-wise : Sarri
Tactic-wise : Lampard

Tbh with the players at our disposal, Conte’s tactic might suit us best with his counter attacking system albeit abit negative

Well, we failed in that game as hazard false 9 not working

CHO should've started plain and simple. Lampard was a fool for starting with ziyech. Not even a deserved goal. Looked like a bunch of schoolboys out there.

Imo the best course of action would be to stick with him until end of the season and sign Nagelsmann.. even that is a risk as he’d have to learn the fast pace of the PL

Read rumor from indykaila that Brendan Rodgers is shortlisted to replace Lampard, but not sure who would be best to take the reign after Lamps.. need to lift players’ motivation somemore

No point bring these stats up....Roman & board knew when they hire lampard....they are getting a manager with 1 year experience...60% of the blame have to go to the owner & board for hiring the manager....even lampard is sack now wont hurt his legacy as a player.....he can come back in maybe 6 or 10 years time with more experience to take the job again. Job was offer to him by the club no way he turn it down....Top 4 now looking like out of reach d......really no point sacking him just let him stay till end of season....get 40/45 points first so dont get relegated sweat.gif ....then from there see how...sacking lampard to hire a another manager just to get top 4 dont make sense in long term plan actually....this team is new, young , inexperience....i look at them also can see thier mentality is weak, no fight....i am sure another manager will face the same problems what lampard is facing right now..

Roman and the board are as guilty as Lampard if performance not up to their standard when they appointed 1 year experience only manager.
They should appointed another experience manager first and let Lampard do his experiment tactical knowledge and gain some valuable managerial experience in those 2/3 years foundation years.

yeah but 2/3 years still not enough for lampard to experiment tactical knowledge.....atleast 10 years managing + progression.....like win some titles in europe.....like what gerard is doing at rangers....get promotion with a club, or get Champion league football with mid table club....wanted lampard to come in when he at his prime as a manager not now he still a newbie...club got no choice but to stick with him now....but he has to change something soon
