Hope Lampard come to senses after this game and try not change players/formation and especially players positions.

I think Lampard want the flexibility to change the formations during the game with Werner in the game. He just need change 1 player and the whole formation can change. That why he keep playing those players out of their best position forgetting playing his squad players strengths. He think too much 😂

At least lampard need to start somewhere he familiar with. Not many managers can really invent new formation and successful. We can't compared Lampard with sifu Mourinho.

Others team can or cannot counters our formation depending a lot of many factors. This is where managers are graded, if he good, he will see opponents formation weakness and exploit it to great effect. Mourinho is experienced and experts in this but sometimes still fails due to others factors too.

Let just ride this few matches solid defence and hopefully attacking as well. Burnley actually setup to sit deep and defence but we still able score more than 1 goals already preformed better than I expected
