Easier to hold the plastic with screw driver and turn the faucet.

Turn the faucet anticlock and it will losen the nut. Use hand to slowly remove the nut. You may find some difficulty if the old white tape is thick... use a pen knife to cut away the old tape..

i did not buy no tool . just use a long head screwdriver/point the tip to the white plastic lock and a hammer to knock the screwdriver . this will loosen and turn . it will unlock soon . |
