Unlikely. menj oredi claimed he is not guilty and did not possess any childporn in his computer in his Youtube comments. A criminal  lawyer will tend to prefer his/her client plead not-guilty = long court case = more money can be earned from the client, even if the lawyer knew the client is foolish in pleading not-guilty.
