He was arrested yesterday it seems. So the FB activity was last 2 days ago, not yesterday. There won't be any FB activity for at least a week.

Aside from being tagged for the P2p downloading and disemmination, I think his past encounters with the law enforcement probably had him being placed under watch for a long time.

Offending/Insulting royalties, abuse of police/mcmc reports and having others lodged police report against you for stalking/harassment, eventually the cops are going to notice a pattern.


I would say they have been monitoring his connection for a few years and finally got something they needed that is solid to put him away.
