Missing item through Grabfood

Have you ever ordered something from Grabfood, but the item was missing?
I ordered nasi paprik and nasi kerabu ayam just now from Grabfood. I was surprised that the restaurant did not provide rice for me for paprik and I did not receive nasi kerabu with ayam. Instead my nasi kerabu was replaced with stirred fry vegetables  FYI, I already complained to GRABFOOD. Just want to rant here This post has been edited by Smooth_1999: Sep 18 2020, 05:35 PM |

Yeah, last time I ordered nasi ayam got one grain rice missing. Immediately reported to grab and fully compensated shortly after.
