I own an Airpods Max since Feb 2021 and today it stopped working. Can't get it to pair or factory reset.

Bring it to Switch and ask whether they provide repair service and unfortunately they don't. Only a 1 to 1 exchange is available and the cost is equal to brand new Airpods Max + RM50.

So my question would be, any ktard here know 3rd party repair center? Been searching online but very less info to be found.

Is now a good time to get one? I seldom see any promos on Shopee for the Airpods Max, not sure because of lack of stock or new refresh model incoming..
