i try the sound, it was like WAHHHH, really amazing. The apple staff was playing the 4D sound sample, i thought why there is noise coming from my back, truly worth the money

I am honestly not even concerned about the price. Judging from the my experiences with HomePod, AirPods etc I’m pretty confident it is well worth it.

The only frustration is I am not able to buy it yet!

Read some news that some users experienced condensation in the Airpods Max even when they're not in cold weather.

Now I'm not sure if this is really a flaw in their product

It's maybe the users getting so excited by the great sound so they sweat all over the Airpods Max. Probably cannot share these with friends during COVID times.

Seems like only local Apple retailers will have ready stocks (might be wrong). Apple website itself will be 8-10 weeks.

AirPods Pro 2 might be Q1 2021, so hopefully around March this year. But both fit different purposes thou, you’re considering one over another or both together? 🤪

I asked my friend who is working with one of the apple retailers, he said they indeed have AirPods Max in stock, but very limited.
So if you managed to order one, you will get it really soon. Enjoy!

That's fast. I ordered from Machines. Seems that same day delivery is not available. They say that the order will be fulfilled in 3 -5 working days (free shipping).

Edit: Just checked the Machines online store. Seems that they are sold out.

I ordered from Switch and opted for Lalamove delivery.

But was shocked when the staff called me to arrange for delivery today lol.

Machines delivery is always slower, based on my experience. I’ve ordered the Lightning to 3.5mm cable from Machines, since they are the only one carrying it. Hopefully you’ll get yours in a few day’s time.

Doubt it will occur here in Malaysia. We don’t have winter / cold season, so highly doubtful it will happen.

I tested this yesterday in an aircond room with about 2-3 hours continuous usage - no issues at all.

I guess your temperature has to be of a certain degree to achieve that, for tropical country like us, I would say its a safe bet. Been talking to a few people on Reddit who experienced this issue as well, they’re from colder climate location.

But yes I do agree that its a design flaw from Apple’s part. The aluminium body will create water vapor under certain temperatures and exposure to heat + cold will cause this effect.

Note to self - don’t use it at the gym. Hence why the AirPods Pros are still my go-to in the gym.
