Hi guys, i bought Mobile game account 5 month ago. But suddenly Original owner changed password after he find account back.

I don't know what to do

Can i report it to police office?

i have Bank statement which i transferred money for account. And i have his name/phone number/Bank Account number.

Please tell me what i can do for this.. Account cost around 1500 rm

Most probably what you bought were someone hacked account.

But i still have Seller's information.

Someone else account why he cares? Seller is selling you other people hacked account. Now he uses the same trick to sell it to new buy so.....

if police unable do anything, just take a lesson that dont ever buy account. cause really risk...

I really hope you are right. Because some people said it is really difficult and impossible in online.

I asked owner about it. And he said I got hacked by somebody else. But i strongly believe it is him.

u have to proof it's stolen by the seller or he will sue u back for slander, now that will be more messy than imagine.

You buy stolen account? Yes can report police, but the outcome may not be on your side.

report police won't do much, it not legal to sell or buy game account in the first place

what you can do is report to the game company that he sold you the account and get it banned before that scammer scam another victim

Why buy 1.5k account? Why u didn't change password in case seller con?

If I'd the $ I'd rather buy a high end mobo & processor, or rtx 3070.


ii. I don't think the cops'll help as

I. For them catch a reported house thief that stole stuff & successfully ran away already so slow/ can't catch, expect them eat donuts only.

II. Say eg if you, a seller sell chair $200 to buyer in KLCC in person gave him chair & receipt, which in it's his real address, real IC, real name but you happen to look away for a moment then look back he's gone w/ the chair w/o paying you, you've no proof he didn't pay u & he's receipt, I think unprobable the police'll investigate or do anything, same your case.





iii. Can try report police, will take ~1 hr include travel, learn whether it helps, I just think 95% won't help, apart from making a report claiming that the guy was claimed as scammer, which I don't really think helps too.
