Anyone experienced that you ordered something, but decide to cancel the order within 1-2 hour, your credit card payment still being charged after few days? Is this normal and bank will refund back?

The seller might reject your cancelation.

very normal, bank will refund into your credit card

the order status already in cancelled status, dont think still have chance to even reject because not processed yet

I see... Then wait few days and see. My case was cancelation rejected even just half an hour. Seller said item already posted...

You will receive the refund in a few days.
If using ShopeePay will refund immediately.
Faster than Credit/Debit Card.

I receive my refund via Big Pay on the next day due to seller forgot to put 1 quantity aka missing quantity.

u choose refund method or u paid with BP?

I paid with BP. They will refund the money to which payment method that you use.
You cannot choose which type of refund method.

From Shopee FAQ below.
If you paid your order using the following method, your refund will be released to your ShopeePay immediately after the cancellation request is approved:
1) Online Banking
2) ATM / Bank Transfer
3) ShopeePay
4) Cash Payment at 7-Eleven

If you pay using credit / debit card, your payment will be released back to your card in 7-14 working days.

Shopee sellers can reject your cancellation even if item not packed yet unless you cancel within 1 hour. Lazada sellers cannot reject your cancellation.

If shopee sellers doesnt want to cancel, just reject the parcel when logistic send to you...after 1 week the item will be posted back to the courier and u can get refund..easy as that...i bought 1 item for my mother and my mother informed me she already bought it..so i try to request cancellation since i place order at night...and impossible the seller can send out by midnight...the seller insist that she already pack the item and pass to her staff to drop off at logistic..then i kindly inform her i will reject all delivery to my shop and told her to refund me when she get the item back...then she straight away cancel the order

Good for you, but I prefer the Lazada system where the buyer can cancel if the item not packed yet and the seller cannot reject the cancellation. Once I cancelled a Shopee purchase because no action by seller at the end of 2 working days and the seller promptly rejected the cancellation. This means Shopee sellers don't have to pack and send out promptly because they can reject cancellation any time.

I bought items from followme shop ..they never ship my order ..just say no stock ..no stock ...caused I bought with promo low price ...

after over the shipping time period ..shopee will auto cancel my order ...

Cancellation is another practice where Shopee is pro-seller while Lazada is pro-buyer. If seller hasn't taken any action on the order buyer should be allowed to cancel without having to haggle with the seller or Shopee. There is no negative impact on the seller so why should the seller be allowed to reject the cancellation? Shoppers cancel for a reason; nobody orders and cancels frivolously as they have to wait for money to be refunded.
