Good riddance.
I once purchased their lazada gift card worth RM300, and they immediately banned my account. When I asked why, they asked me to send identity proof that includes my IC and selfie. Ii refused to give away such sensitive details to any online platform, and they ignored my refund request as well. Speaking with their cs also lets me come to a conclusion that they are very rude and have total disrespect for customer privacy. And they have very invasive cookies installed in our web browser. I had their app installed in my phone last time and accessed their website at the same time, and they blocked my account. I've never experienced such a restricting service like this before.
