the frame rate at times abit low even though settings focus on frame rate hmm

I knew the game doesn't quite stay at 60fps, but it feels jarring when seeing it. Looks like the game has uneven frame pacing. I haven't tried the graphics mode yet to compare, but some publications or online comments say the graphics mode feels less stuttery and sticks to 30fps better. Going to restart the game in graphics mode and try it myself.

u can change the mode on the fly lol no need restart the games also if u have VRR monitor or tv the lag is lesser.

I meant I am going to start over the game but in Graphics mode this time. To compare the opening sequence in Graphics mode this time. I do in fact use a VRR capable display, but it doesn't help that much to be honest.

the rpg element is not really deep for sure but the action gameplay is super fun and addictive that all i can tell u.

to me the lag is there but is still playable to me in performance mode.

Digital Foundry mentioned that when engage into battle, the fps boost to 60fps (performance mode) but the resolution de-scale to 720p

Deciding to go for fidelity mode when receive my game but the motion blur cannot off is bad..

What. 720p? Ouch that's not good. You'd think 720p is something we already left behind with the PS4.

You all playing in English or Japanese voiceover?
I tried both in demo and continued with English but keep wondering how's it through in Japanese VO

I started with Japanese dub but will be changing to English. The game was developed with the English cast apparently. When using Japanese voices the game becomes like alih bahasa show, with no mouth syncing. It's too distracting for me. Even the developers had to do some spin and tell Japanese gamers to play with English dub on second playthrough to apprecuate its realism.

I think English Dub better as they are going for the those LoTR or GoT vibe... all those ppl speak those British accent more matching.
