Additional information
-This is a multinational industrial control and automation
-Working location is in Kota Damansara
-Normal working hour 9AM to 6PM
-Monday to Friday
-Salary package is from RM3000-RM3500 (Negotiable based on working experience)

Job description
-To handle inbound calls from customer
-To create quotations, order and other documents via SAP system
-To follow up with customers enquiries
-Escalate any issue fro customer to different department when needed
-Answer, call and reply customers enquiries via inbound calls and emails

Job requirement
-Diploma or Degree in any field
-Minimum of 2 to 3 years of working experience
-Speaks well in Thai, Malay, Chinese and English
-Has good working attitude, willing to learn
