In my experience, battery would be about 15%-20% lower at the end of the day with AOD on. Mine is AW5 40mm btw. The 44mm version should last slightly longer.

Personally I don’t mind buying AW without AOD as we need to raise hand to see the watch anyway.

I also don’t bother using any case and screen protector with my AW5. Apart from two very small microscratches which are pretty much invisible unless one takes a really hard look at it, the watch is fine.

A bit disappointed ecg didn’t come in the latest update.
