Hi is anyone facing the battery issue with AW6? My battery drains fast even after Apple replaced a new watch for me. So I think it could be software issue. My AW was full charged to 100% at 11.44pm Ytd. Today when I woke up, the battery is empty again.....

Yes. Tried many times.... but still face the same issue. Full charged to 100% at 9.42am today. Later 1pm battery left 15% T.T

I noticed the battery drain fast caused by cellular...? Because battery works fine if I’m on airplane mode. Able to charge fast as well... but if I didn’t on airplane mode, battery drain fast and slow charging 😅 hope they can fix this bug...

It will be great if you workout a lot, otherwise if your phone is always with you, there's no need to buy a cellular version.

somehow i can unlock with mask on since 14.2 beta without apple watch, i thought it's a new feature but nobody talked about it.
until today still works for me. 
it is a legit unlock, if i closed my eyes or wear cap hiding a little bit of my forehead it won't be able to unlock.

I tested. The battery only can last for 4 hours max by turning off the data. Basically I have to off everything now😂 then the battery can last for a day

i don't remember but it worked for me after i installed 14.2 beta and now i'm on 14.5 still works fine.
i think at one time i tried to register face unlock with mask on but it failed.
by right it shouldn't be saved in the system.

Ya I did. Somehow my watch's battery functioning well like previous condition. Lololol I turn every thing on this time.

Yea, I think got bug haha. Finally the battery can last more than a day or even two days haha

Is anyone here facing the same issue with their AW ?

My AW has been acting up lately , the watch suddenly runs out of battery even though its at 40 -50 % . It already happened twice for me. The typical charge required animation comes up and when I charge it , it goes from 10 % to 50% in a matter of a few minutes .

Does this mean I'd have to send it back for a warranty claim or is this some stupid bug. Too lazy to send it to an ASC . One peculiar note is that it happens whenever I play around with the watch faces , the haptic motor would go silent first before it dies.

I've tried resetting and unpairing. Nothing changed.

Actually, it became worse. The AW now dies at 70% battery. It's slowly creeping up. From 40 -50 -60 -70.

I've set an appointment for a service tommorow.

BTW I've never had any experience from an apple warranty claim.How long would it usually take to fix the watch or replace it? Really need it quick since I log in my exercises there daily
