Surely will do , Are you planning to activate it ?
*
yes i am planning to, but i have few concerns as i am first time user of AW.

Concerns:
1) Battery life after activate, any huge impact? - do u notice a difference?
2) Side effect after activate - as per your exp none identified
3) will there be any issue with warranty if happen to do this?

May i survey what is your average battery life for the AW6? i get like 2 days, but i only use the watch ~8hrs - 10hrs per day, not wearing it 24hrs. so i guess if wear all the time, then everyday need to charge.

Current Usage/Setting:
Brightness: lowest level
Notification: all apps
Oxygen Sensor: 1-3 times measure a day
Heart Rate: Default monitoring (didn't do any changes)

Thanks!

1) Battery life is the same for me. Not any noticeable difference that I could notice.
2) None
3) The ECG is tied to your Health App. If you buy any other Apple Watch the ECG will be carried over so no the warranty isn’t affected. Those who have their ECG activated ‘legally’ in approved regions can still buy Apple Watch here in Malaysia.

Apple Watch Now Supports Standalone Spotify Streaming

Spotify has started rolling out support for standalone streaming through the Spotify app for Apple Watch. With the new feature, Spotify users can listen to music or podcasts from Spotify over WiFi or cellular without having to have an iPhone nearby.

There has been a Spotify Apple Watch app available for the past few years, but the standalone streaming option is new. Spotify has been testing the feature for a few months, and prior to now, listening to Spotify required an ‌iPhone‌ even on Apple Watch models with standalone cellular connections.

Spotify Music can be streamed directly from the Apple Watch to Bluetooth headphones, which is ideal in situations where the ‌iPhone‌ isn't needed such as exercising.

The feature continues to be available in a beta capacity and is not available for all users at this time, but Spotify has confirmed that it is "rolling out" as of today. German site Macerkopf.de first spotted the change, which was confirmed by TechCrunch.

"We're focused on developing experiences that enable users to listen to Spotify wherever and whenever they want - regardless of the device or platform. After an initial testing period, we are now rolling out streaming capabilities for Spotify on the Apple Watch," a spokesperson told TechCrunch.

It may take some time for the new standalone streaming option to be available to all Apple Watch owners. The Spotify app can be downloaded from the App Store for free.

I'm wearing it close to full day including sleep unless bathing or doing some chores that might have some risk of knocking the watch.
Batt life after 24 hours is around 40-50%.

Current Usage/Setting:
Brightness: Medium level with Always On
Notification: Minimal, Only health related Apps like Breathing and Activities.
Oxygen Sensor: 1-2 times
Heart Rate: Default
Sleep monitoring: On
GPS: Off

Btw mine is Wifi model as I read LTE model tend to use more batt.

Those who have activated using this method, I hope you know what you’re doing. If you have activated, I would just pray that you don’t have your private data available publicly on the next day.

i guess that notifications frequency plays a big role, since you have minimal notifications turned on. For my case with whatsapp notifications, it almost buzz every minute...

Sorry for the late reply. Bought it from Apple Malaysia Store. Received it late because of the band I guess. But after they gave the tracking number I received it around 2 days with DHL Express.

out of 5 times, only 1-2 time successful & the range can be huge diff between measurements. Wonder if its only my issue or common with AW6 since this is a new thing...

So far so good with mine. Watch has to be 'resting' nicely on top of your arm and stay still when measurement is taking place.

Yup but i think its normal for your case since many reviews also reported the same challenge in getting proper reading.
