This brand very hard sell one.. But a lot of their facts misleading..

I.e. No need hood, cheaper than gas etc etc.. At the end. U still need hood, the smoke/hume still come from the oil and vapour. Seriously I don't think your electricity will be cheaper than a tong of gas, unless your condo's centralised gas system is very expensive

Last time I also almost got convinced but my logical mind tell me no.

2.7k is very expensive and not worth it.

At the end of the day, it depends on your cooking style. If u like stir fry, get a gas stove cheaper and better. If u only use to boil or one pot cook all, normal induction also ok. Don't need that.

I believe they say you don't need the hood because electric and induction cooking doesn't produce any fumes and instead water vapor. Also, the whole thing is less oily. To prove this, the seller should show you a demonstration of something cooking and water vapor coming up.

Less fumes, perhaps but not that much difference since gas burns quite cleanly. A bit less oily? That depends on your way of cooking, less cooking oil, less oil splatter.

Worth it? That's pretty difficult to say but if you're into electric cooking, by all means go ahead though the electricity bill will high as opposed to using gas. And as ffrozz says, induction kitchenware are more expensive. Sure enough, the Sincero model can do both induction and infrared cooking, so you can use cheaper kitchenware with the infrared one.

One argument for induction cooking and infrared cooking is less fire hazard in case you forgot you're cooking something. Another one is easier to clean. After the whole surface cooled down, just wipe everything using a damp towel and you're done.

For the price, you get what you're paying for. Worth or not, depends on you

Same with me. Very tempted because the seller is good at his job. Too bad it was very hard to convince me since the condo I bought provided me with a gas stove with the kitchen cabinet. Why pay to go electric when I get the gas already

No fumes. Kek.

You deep fry no oil???

LOL.

I have been using induction + radiator for years. I think price point depends on model from wattage. Can go from 2K to way over RM3K.

Avoid this brand. Everything looks good on paper/TV, but practicality is found wanting when you actually use it. I bought one of those sometime ago and it works as well as can be BUT it's very hard to clean due to its design. Things that you use frequently must be easy to operate AND clean.

Cooking with electricity is always more expensive than gas. Even TNB advises consumers to use gas for cooking to save money.

Just get those Phillips or other stand-alone induction and ir cooker.

Works the same at a much lower price.

The glass surface is pretty hard to clean once something overflows and gets heated up there.

I only trust real stove brands...not all these hard sell brands...

Recently I bought a happy call alumite ceramic pot. Really good...much better than Teflon coated.
